Holiday Baking

This past weekend I was in the Cookie Christmas spirit.  Baking up a storm for the holidays seemed like a good idea at first.  In the end not so much.  I'm one of those people who likes to bake one cake, pie, cookie at a time and after spending all that time making it also having the time to enjoy.

So when you are trying to bake multiple things at once it gets a little overwhelming.  And really hot in the kitchen too.  Let's just say some of my cookies didn't come out like i'd hoped.  But again they didn't have the proper attention they needed.  Don't get me wrong they tasted excellent but looked horrible. Needless to say back to the old way of doing thing one at a time.
