The Urge to BAKE

Around 8:21 tonight the itch to get back in the kitchen came over me.  Our kitchen has been a complete mess since we started painting the cabinets.  Pictures of the mess to come.

Anyway I go to start baking some chunky chocolate chip cookies (say that five times fast) and wait for it...NO FLOUR.  What!? I always make sure I have flour in my kitchen but apparently not.  So that idea was out however I wasn't going to let that stop me enter the Flourless Chocolate Cake.  Recipe found here.  This cake I didn't really have high hopes for but boy was I wrong.  This cake was good great awesome!
