Chocolate Heath Bar Ice Cream with Caramel

Man how I love chocolate. I love it in cookies, cakes, brownies, cupcakes but especially in ice cream.  If you don't have the Ben & Jerry's Homemade Ice Cream cookbook you are missing out. Seriously!! I was in one of my 'I need me some Ben & Jerry's in my life moods' a couple of weeks ago so Tyler whipped up our favorite chocolate ice cream.  But he added some surprises to it like little pieces of heath bar and homemade caramel sauce.  What?!...I think he wins the best husband award hands down.  Click here for the caramel recipe he used.
