For the past year Tyler & I have been going back and forth on whether to put our house on the market or wait a little longer and build up more equity. We love our current home, but it unfortunately is in a bad school zone. I know we have another 3 years before Parker starts kindergarten but the housing market is so unpredictable these days we thought we may need to start the process. This Saturday we toured four houses and fell in love with a house that was build in the 30's. It has original heart of pine flooring, high ceilings and beautiful brick fireplaces in the living room, master bedroom and dining room. But the number one thing was the school zone...we love it! We meet with our realtor this week to officially put our house on the market (insert cringe face). Wish us luck!!
