Lately, I have discovered that I am a gin lover. It's weird how your taste buds change with age. I used to hate gin. I mean, I used to think 'why would people want to drink a Christmas tree?'. But now, it is so refreshing to me. I also now love the fact that each gin is so different from one to the next. Unlike vodka, for example, which you can basically pick any brand and make the same drink taste nearly the same. That's not the case at all with gins, they are not created equal, and in a very good way. You should give the recipe below a try, it works great with all of the different types of gin out there!
